    my progression comments??

    sorry about the repost i accidently posted this is the wrong section..but here it goes again..first pic i was at 220 and the second and third pic i was at like 200-205...first pic was taken about 6 months ago and the 2 most recent ones taken like a month ago..just started a prop/winny cycle..so i will post updated pics as i go along..sorry about the quality of the pics im using my phone...no bashing on the gay hand on hip thing either..haha....

    any opinions as far as what i should work on..i feel myself i have no biceps what so ever..have had such a hard time making them grow..my arms get big but biceps never look good

    overall lookin ripped up, i would aim to increase some middle back thickness. upper back traps and shoulders look good just start hittin the middle with heavy rows

    what about the damn biceps...i started doing swolecats bicep thing where u do 6 sets after your back workout..anyone else have any suggestions..its really been my weak point
