Cutting and only get 50 grams of carbs a day PWO only. I go the entire weekend eating only P/F meals. Sunday I raise calories a bit and eat a few different P/F meals, like beef,cheese, etc. This weekend I am thinking of halving some bacon. Hell, the entire pound only has 550 calories. That would make a ymmy breakfast. What do you think? How can it hurt if it is a P/F meal, maybe not the healthiest but it will not keep me from my goal will it? I eat only oils, ANPB or nuts through the week and on Saturday.
