    Bacon?

    Cutting and only get 50 grams of carbs a day PWO only. I go the entire weekend eating only P/F meals. Sunday I raise calories a bit and eat a few different P/F meals, like beef,cheese, etc. This weekend I am thinking of halving some bacon. Hell, the entire pound only has 550 calories. That would make a ymmy breakfast. What do you think? How can it hurt if it is a P/F meal, maybe not the healthiest but it will not keep me from my goal will it? I eat only oils, ANPB or nuts through the week and on Saturday.

    Good god why such low carbs, are you trying to go Keto. That seems far too low.

    And I wouldn't ever eaty 1lb of bacon. But I would add it in as a pro/fat meal for sure. Just don't go nuts, its not the best fat for you.

    no seriously though you are not eating enough carbs at all you will crash HEAD on with 2 large pizzas in about two weeks with that diet, stay away from bacon and cheese you are far off from diet

    Its already been fifty some days without cheating and I do not crave any bad foods at all. I am now gaining some strength and I am only eating enough carbs to sustain mass. Why eat carbs if you are an extreme endo and cutting is going very well. What the hell is the difference in red meat and bacon. People praise beef but shun the piggy, why? Its not like I would eat it every day, just every 2 weeks or so.

    50grams of carbs its almost as going keto im getting in 120 grams of carbs and i fell soooo weak

    AHH the fat content? If I dieted like you want to in 50 days i would lose about 3% you are eating to much fat, if it is working so well why are you asking is this diet good, is it because the belly still wont go away?

    you are not craving any food because you eat a pound of bacon, and you eat cheese, cut that shit out and see what happens, cheese is high in fat also

    The belly is going away, that is why I am dieting this way. I do things a little different considering I used to way almost 300 pounds. I was just asking how detremental some bacon would be for 1 meal Sunday morning if no other carbs are present, only in pwo. I have seen plenty of people diet this way, the only difference is that I took out the ppwo meal for now until I get the body fat down to 10% or so. I was not asking about my diet, just 1 damn meal.

    I cut out dairy, red meat (besides lean steak), and anything pork (besides tenderloin) on a cut but thats just me. You have to figure out what works for you and what doesnt. If I were you I would add some carbs after your morning cardio (oats, whole wheat rice) and then keep your 50grams of dex after lifting as well.

    I will try that. Also, I cut out the RALA pwo and have noticed that I feel alot better. Cut is going well, that is the only reason I hat to change anything.

    If it's bacon you want, have you tried Turkey bacon? Way less calories and less than 1/2 the fat . . . good stuff.

    All i am saying is that you can get better results off of a way better and healthier diet, carbs are ok if they are good carbs, if you cut out some of the fat you are eating and put some more carbs in it will help sir that is all i am saying, but what do I know? good luck with your diet sir

    I dont think your diet is okay...but I know a ketosis diet can be tempting...but at least go with the mentioned turkey bacon...

    i think your carbs are too low unless you weight like 85 lbs. im currently cutting and eatin a bit less then 200 which all come with my 2 pwo's. also bacon is not gonna hurt you unless you eat it 4 out of 6 meals. i eat it every morning. its a complete protein with no carbs, why not eat it? but not a whole pound and not all day. but as far as unhealty fats you actually need some saturated fats on occasion because research has shown that it helps raise your natural test levels, but not in excess.
