    PWO absorption question

    If I am taking Anaboilic Extreme's PCT and RETAIN as part of my PCT... would it be ok with taking my last dose daily with my PWO meal? this seems the most convenient time for me on a couple days...just wondering if you think this will interfere with anything?? any thoughts??

    Retain is something that could keep you awake. YTou should be taking PCT before bed anyways.

    Just make sur eyou take your PCT right before bed. I fyou don't have sleep issues take Retain when you like.

    what is the reasoning to taking the PCT immediately before bed? i take 3 pills a day... one with my first meal, one midday, and now I will be taking one immediately before bed. should I take all 3 before bed? or should I just make sure my last pill is right before bed? thanks again...
