Wink No Easy Way Out Here!!!!!!

hello. i am wanting to lose, tone, and am willing to do whatever it takes to get there. so, i am needing some advice as to what is the best approach. right now i do 45 min. of cardio nightly along with weights. i also am doing a sugar free thing. i eat fruits and yogurts, but all of the sweets are sugar free. i am drinking tons of water too. so, if anyone could please help me add to my diet i would greatly appreciate it. thanks.

morning-protein shake, bowl of oatmeal w/sugar free syrup & splenda, toast w/sugar free jelly
lunch-grilled chicken sandwich w/salad or tuna, banana, water or crystal light
snack-peanut butter w/sugar free jelly sandwich, banana on occ.
dinner-baked chicken or grilled steak, greens, rice, water
*on occasion i will go out to eat, but try to stick to the same

The Jelly And Syrup Are Sugar Free. They Are Basically For Taste. Should I Still Delete Them?
