Try this post workout..
Ingrediants :
2 scoops strawberry whey protein (fast acting protein)
2/3 cup oats (Complex Carb)
1 large banana (Simple Carb)
1/2 lite of water
With a blender, blend the oats to make it a fine powder. Then put aside.
In a tall shaker or container , pour 1/2 litre of water, together with the banana and blend.
Throw the oats and 2 scoops of strawberry whey , shake well for 10 seconds... Then drink! Very good, candy like shake!
