whole eggs w/oats good or bad when cutting

My first meal of the day when cutting I have 3 whole eggs with 6 whites and 1/2 cup oats, is that too much fat to mix with the carbs because I know mixing carbs/fat is a no no..Should I stop doing this and just have one whole egg? Thanks bros

I have only egg whites while cutting, but that's just me.

same here. I put on weight easily so I avoid mixing the two as much as I can.

oats do little to spike insulin so the fats in the whole eggs would do little damage. this has been discussed before and i believe the fats and carbs can be combined if they are whole food sources and not processed, sugary crap. like flax and oats is not bad for example.

I would either have the yolks and omit the oats, or have the oats w/egg whites.

but blood levels of insuln and fatty acids in the blood are not going to peak at the same time, and if you eat 6-8 times a day i gurannte you have both in the blood at thesame time anyway, theres no way to control it.
i would say it doesnt matter. I personally would go with one yolk and the rest whites with the oats. i just think you should decide what you want your daily fat gram total to be, and spread it evenly IMO

Hahah....Keep em' seperated (fats and carb while cutting)...I eat whole eggs when I cut, with no problems...then I'll eat my oats another meal (ie:PPWO w/ chiken/tuna/egg whites...)
