back pumps when your back gets pumped with blood and starts feel kind of hard...it can be painful/annoying...especially for very long...
I was unaware that bananas caused these![]()
He is thinking bananas for the potassium. To reduce cramps I assumed. I really dont know the relation, but thats what I think he is referring to.

in a thread i can't seem to find, a few guys were saying that to reduce back pumps you should "drink lots of water and pound bananas"... water deep breathing works for me...

I have never benefited from eating a banana to cure a back pump immediately.
Why not just buy potassium pills and take it as a supplement to prevent back pumps if your so worried.

the spinal erectus kant pump in the same manner as bi or chest .. its most likely kidneys![]()
