Cutting diet, what do you think?

    I am 230 lb (105kg), 1,8m tall, fat% about 16%
    I run Test/EQ/Tren

    non training days:
45 min cardio on empty stomach after an hour that:

    8:00 2scop of whey protein, 80g oatmeal

    11:00 2scop of whey protein, 80g oatmeal

    13:00 80g brown rice 200g chicken breast

    16:00 the same

    18:00 2 scop of whey, 20g oatmeal

20:00 200g salmon with green veggies (green bean or broccoli)

22:00 (before bed) 2scop of casein prot. with a tablespoon flaxseed oil

At training days I don't do cardio training in the morning. I train from 9 to approx. 11 in the morning, and I drink the same shake that I drink on non training days (I experienced that low GI carbs is better for me in the PWO shake than dextrose)

    The macros:
    2900 Kcal
    protein: 343g
    carbs: 263g
    fat: 60g

I will cut the carbs in every 2 weeks of dieting with 20g, but I don't want to go below 2500kcal.

what do you guys think? Should I change something???

    OK!
    I changed my last meal

So it is: 10 egg white 1 or 2 eggyolk and 1 tablespoon flax oil

4 solid meals + 3 meal with whey protein. Is it OK then?

I try and go for 70-80% solid foods and 20-30% supps at the most. I found that I grow the best of this method, try what you have suggested for 6wks and see how it works. If you aren't seeing the gains then something needs to change. I still think you rely on Whey (way) too much lol... Try throwing in a chicken breast or steak in place of a whey shake, easy as that.

I agree there are so many foods you could add to your diet like salmon, steak, other fish, add some more EFA to bro,

Not sure why no one reads the diet stickies at the top of this forum. They are a great starting point. After reading those and planning a diet then post up and let us critique, this diet is just horrible for growth.
