peak is genetic
i use heavy year round unless i was going to compete in a comp
then 10-12 weeks out i would start w/ more isolative movements
If you want big muscles you gotta lift big weight. Light weights arent gonna do shit for you.
Tiaboxa is correct, because regardless of how many heavy sets of concentration curls that you perform over the years, you will not build Everest-peaked biceps unless you have the hereditary predisposition to possess such a high-peaked biceps, hence genetics.
