I am cutting and get almost 2000 mg a day from my 2 pickles I eat not counting the sodium from other things. I do sweat alot with the 50 minutes cardio everyday and weights 5 days a week. Just wanted to hear some thoughts on sodium.

sodium increase's water retention so if your cutting i would try and avoid it as much as possible.
