    Need a game plan?

All right fellas, here's the deal. Id like to train jiu jitsu (sport) again...im one of those on again off again dudes. I train for a couple months then stop. My prob is I loose too much weight. What can I run (aas) wise to keep on muscle while training? Im at 205 now and was gonna hit a bulker in July...tst e kickin off with dbal. But when I start the jiu jitz my muscle is gonna melt, it always does. What could I take to keep me from going catobolic? Any hlp or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i guess the obvious answer would be test e. if you can handle deca only that's great, or test and deca would be nice.

i would definitely stay away from tren and most 17aa's as they will leave you breathing like a retarded pug after rolling for like 12 seconds. i wouldn't bother with cutting shit like var or t-bol either since you're just trying to hold on to mass, so test and deca would be the best things to run IMHO.

also once you start being more relaxed on the mat your heart rate won't be going up like in the beginning. even after a few months i'm a ton less winded during training.

I would suggest you have a solid diet laid out and forget about AAS...AAS is not the answer in so many cases that i see here and this one qualify's in my opinion. Just keep a solid high kCal diet that works well with your training.

What are your stats and how many kCals are you consuming when you "lose weight" training Jiu-Jitsu?

Im 6', 205, 29yrs old, cals I dont monitor...prob should. Normally I only watch protein intake 1-1.5 gram per lb of body weight. I have a super fast metabloism so I can eat whatever and really never put on fat. My bf% is prob around 10% had it mesaured in the past and it was 8 or 9%. The main prob though is when I train jiu jitsu my bod goes into overtrain mode. I feel like crap, everything hurts, cant sleep, cant eat, etc.....and no its not just form the ass whoopins So I was wonderin if there were somethin to take the edge off so I could be more productive.

i agree! i would up my carb intake by alot, especially the meals right before and after training. let the carbs get absorbed instead of the protein. also, i found clen to be a very good catabolic solution for muscle waste. i usually put on weight and muscle just by running clen but at the same time, i don't get the jitters or any kind of up feeling like most people do. i've gone up to 400mcg and felt fine.
