good ol fashioned pull downs should do the trick
oh, and don't forget pull ups.
Drop sets on pull downs are great shockers, lawnmower pulls work great as well
pull downs dont work for me
i do tons of em and i never feel it
tons? post your back routine.
maybe you shouldn't do tons. maybe drop the reps, and increase the weight.
gotta find what works for you.

try weighted w.g. pull ups and chins and and strict BB rows..those are my fav width and thickness excercises for my back when im bored w/deads..
My back width just doesn't seem to want to get better. I've been wide grip pulluping like mad and nothing..

NO lat pulls..pull ups cause i think you incorporate more muscles in your back.. i dont think ive done pulldowns in forever.. weighted W.G. pull ups is the way ta go IMO..Originally Posted by Steve80

a typicla back workout for me includes two width exercises and two thickness exercises, all with varying hand positions. back is one of my best bodyparts
