    Tinned Mackerel.

I'v been eating a lot of tinned mackerel in vegetable oil as a protein fat meat.

    27g pro.
    9 g fat.
    0 carbs.

    Along with some mixed nuts..

I was just wondering if anyone ells eats it and is it worth eating...

At 45p a can its nice and cheap for me i'v been consuming 3 cans a day.

    Thanks......

I hear ya, it looks like shit, but I actually like it, can eat it from the tin and as I said its not expensive.

But I notice in some other threads ppl saying not to eat to much tuna.

that's because of mercury in the fish but i think tuna is a lot lower in the sea's so it has more mecury in it. I try and limit myself to one can a day
