Test E, EOD?

Just told my source what im after for my next cycle :

1-10 Deca - 400mgs
1-12 Test E - 500mgs

200mgs Deca and 250mgs Test E shot on a Sunday and same again on a Thursday.

Now he advises that I keep the Deca as is, twice a week, but shoot Test E three times a week, twice with the Deca and once on its own for better results, is this correct? I always thought Test E the same as Cyp, twice a week, if im gonna go 3 times a week then i might as well use Sust, just wanted to keep the jab frequency down to two a week, hence go with Test E.

your source wants u to shoot more juice per week.. so u run out faster... Just run 2 shots of test e youll be fine.
