why do you shot test twice aweek instead of once

i take my test e in 600mg dose once a week. i read about everybody taking it in two doses a week. what is the benifit of this? i hate needles the less i have to stick in me the better but if im going to get more from my stuff by spliting my dose into two shots a week them im all for it

It's to keep the blood level concentrations as stable as possible. You can get away with once a week, but 2x a week is ideal.

by keeping the blood levels stable, your avoiding unwanting side effects. Gyno can come into play with this so be carefull. By the way what type of test are you running

im using test e i hate needles is the extra shot a week worth it. im shooting 2ccs 300mg a cc

I've done it both ways and can't tell a difference either way. I shoot twice a week now only cause I am taking in 5 cc's total a week for this cycle and have to split it. That's is just my experience. The hrt clinic that I use recommends that it is better to split the shots up twice a week.

Ya you are going to have to get use to the needles. You will after time. You will start looking forward to Mondays and Thursdays. Same answers as before its just better to keep blood levels stable. Frankly I am just doing what I am told. I currently doing 6oomg of test c also. Good luck and enjoy your injections.
