i use fat free cheese when cutting, but other than that i personally keep my dairy intake to a minimal.
I keep dairy to a minimum as well...the reason for me is that I am slightly lactose intolerant causing me to bloat...the cheese that I take in is lactose free...but not fat free...I think it would all depend on your carb intake and if your willing to mix fat and carbs(not good IMO)...Plus cheese tastes a lot better than eggs...
