same here, I just started using dex and it seems to be doing the trick. Plus its so much easier to just pound a shake after the gym in my car immediatly after working out, when your body is dying for nutrients the most. Me personally I cant eat solid foods for PWO right after lifting..I wait an hour after for my PPWOOriginally Posted by stocky121
Venum, im the same way, theres no way i want to eat solid food after workin out, i love havin my shake and a banana, sets in quite nice after workin out. Just got some protein thats mixed berry flavor, pretty good.

I don't want to eat solid food either, but I do it. This game is about sacrifices. A shake will do, but eating solid food can be done as well.

a quart of beer and two packs of menthol cigs are pretty sweet pwo, either that or two scoops of whey and 1 scoop of gatorade concentrate works good too!
pro/dex shake. I do two, pound the first one back (30g Pro/60g Cabs)...then I drinkthe scond over about 20-30min (30g Pro/60g Carbs)

Quick question what is dex? I'm a newbie and i'm about to start a cutting cycle?
Dextrose, from what I know its just simply carbohydrates. Its basically a monosaccharide. It has high GI levels and is used in a postworkout shake normally 2 grams for every 1 gram of protein.
God if im right, I love the knowledge I have learned from this site.
