I know that casein digest slower but is about twice as much money.
I take casein right before bed since it digest slower, but is there a way that I could make whey protein digest slower and use that at night instead of casein ? I thought about mixing in some flax oil and oats to try and slow down the digesting process, but don't know if that will work like I want it to or not.
I just hate putting out the money on casein anymore.
