clarification on pct

Guys. My cycle consists of 500mg test e (12 weeks) and 400mg deca (10 weeks). Can someone confirm that I start pct 14 days after last test e injection? Also, Im currently taking 20mg nolva ED (the last 6 weeks of cycle) cos i started to get itchy nipples. Should I continue with the nolva during the 14 day break, between the cycle and pct? Hope this makes sense!!!!!!! Thanks

Yes you can definitely continue nolva inbetween the end of your cycle and start of PCT, this is what most people will do. And yes PCT will start 14 days after last Enth injection.

Yeah, keep the nolva rollin....its pretty harmless so you'll be fine. Are you also running some B-6 for the deca? I think the dose is around 200mg to combat progestin based gyno. Good luck.

No, I havent considered B6. Should i run that alongside the nolva from now until the end of my pct. (Inc the 14 day break).

C Bino. Just to ask if you would suggest taking redkat alongside the nolva from now. I have plenty of redkat for my pct and would be able to run it as of now.
