When I cut I eat about 150 carbs a day on training days..Is that too much? Too little? What about carbs on non-training days? Should I cut them in half? Are the amount of EFA's gonna be the same on work out/non work out days or different?

How can one tlel you in 150g is too much/little??? Diets are highly personal, I could not tell you how many carbs are too many.
what about EFA's? Eat the same amount on non training days? (pro/fat meals)
I adjust my cals on training and non training days but not my Macro ratio's.
Well I am cutting and I on non-training days I obviously won't have a PWO shake or PPWO meal which is always pro/carb. So I substitute those meals with a pro fat meal. Hence the only pro/carb meal on non-training days for me while cutting is breakfast.
