    Need some quick weight loss advice PLEASEE!!

    Ok I have a competition coming up on april 16th... As of now i am roughly 253-255...my weight class is 242, so im tryin to get down to about 246 or so the day before and then i can float that... so anyone have any tips for weight loss without losing strength??

    I think we might need a bit more info from you. What kind of competition? BJJ, MMA, Wrestling etc...

    What is your experience in "cutting" weight?

    im in powerlifting its collegiate nationals in miami fl,

    my cutting experience isnt that good.... i have cut from 235 to 215 for wrestling thats about it


    but the idea is keeping my strength

    any tips would be appreciated

    you could try cutting your water...but 15lbs in about 2 weeks is gonna be rough unless your holding that much water and you get rid of it...

    Think about your options otherwise...either lose 15lbs of fat or muscle...in 2wks = really hard depending...maybe clen?

    sorry, but that is pretty much impossible SquatMan, i think that being better prepared would be your best bet next time around...

    I heard it's possible to lose up to 15 pounds, but your a powerlifting and i'm not sure the effect it may have on your strength, but then again if your too heavy for your class - I guess you might not be able to compete.
