Wow, that'd be way overtraining for me. Must have some badass genetics.

that is actually very similar to the current workout I am doing but i may give it a try in order to maybe shock the muscles to get some more growth. Thanks for the input

Are you doing squats on legsdays and deads on back days? Because after these two lifts there is no way I'm in the gym the next day.

i usually have my workouts split up so each back day ill alternate hyperextensions or deadlifts, and each leg day ill alternate leg press and squat

i try and work it out so that squats and deads never fall into the same week nevermind the same day

i culdnt imagine doing them on the same day!

I do a very similar workout:

    Mon - Chest/triceps/abs
    Tues - Back/Biceps
    Weds - off
    Thurs - Shoulders/traps/abs/obliques
    Friday - Quads,hams, calves
    Sat - off
    Sun - off

I like that routine better, lets your CNS recover mid-week. Something that is very overlooked by many lifters.

yeah when my schedule is busy, or im comming off an injury/break, i combine chest/tri's & back/bi's. my problem is i LOVE to blast my arms at full strength although the extra work at the end of a chest/back workout really fatigues the shit out of my arms anyway, theres something about having heavy bb curl being my first exercise on arms day that i dont want to replace
