Just wondering, I am experimenting with every 2-3 hours. It is nice every 3 hours but I get very hungry around 2:15 minutes. Will it have anything to do with fat loss?

Eating every 2 hours will positively effect your metabolism more than 3 hours. I found that last time I cut.. when I slipped on meal frequency, my results stalled.
Thanks for the reply. That is what I felt. 3 hours made me feel sluggish. Every 2 keeps me rolling.
I agree. eat every 2 hrs...minimum.
well there ya go..

2.5-3hrs for me. If 2hrs works for you, by all means keep going and good luck.
Another reason you may be getting hungry early is due to lack of water intake.
i have found that eating every 2 hours 21 minutes and 47 seconds is the only thing that works.
fiber will also help...mostly you have to go with what works for you...but not to an extreme(if your only hungry every 4hrs that is biologically a problem if you want to be an athlete)...
Make sure you are getting plenty of water too, i think this is often an overlooked factor during exercise/fitness/nutrition, etc... even more so during cutting as it helps to supress that appetite slightly.
I try to get food every 2.5-3 hours during a cut or bulk.
