well, finished using clen, and i have to say it wasn't bad, but not nearly as good as i had expected. oddly enough, i went up to 120mcg which was the most i could handle, and it never raised my temp at all. however, it did help me burn off bodyfat faster than usual and i didn't lose any muscle mass at all. actually, i managed to gain a few pounds of lean muscle mass while decreasing my bf% during the 2 weeks i was on clen. was it worth the $ i paid for it though? that's a tough call.
i guess raising your body temp isn't the only way clen burns off more calories, cause it still worked for me even though it never raised my temp. oh, it also never raised my bp or rhr. i do know it was real though cause of the results and it treated my asthma while i was on it too. now i'm back to albuterol, but i didn't need it once while on the clen.
just wanted to give you guys my personal experience while on it and see if anyone knows why it wouldn't raise a persons body temp? i really couldn't up my dose more than the 120mcg, cause the anxiety it was giving me at that point was almost unbearable and it was also making me feel blah as well.
anyway, at the beginning of my next cutting phase, i plan to try t3 and see how that works for me. later after a short break from t3, i'll pair up t3 and clen and see if that combo is really as good as people say it is.
