if you are asking where 50mg mark will be then that depends on how many mg per ml the compound your using is.
if it's a 1ml syringe and it's marked 10-100 then it's measured in units and every 10 on the syringe is .1ml.

If you have water of 4 celcius, and you would take 50cc it would be 50g as 1 liter water of 4 c = 1 kg.
for everything else you need to know the substance, as 50cc oil = +/- 40gr

What are trying to get in the syringe??

Normaly my best bet would be 50 on your scale. but if it is oil based, it needs to me more
