    new diet post

    5 am. -protein shake w/ flax
    9 am.- 6 oz. chicken w/ 1/2c. of oatmeal
    noon - 6. oz. chicken w/ protn shake
    3 p.m.- can of tuna or chicken or peanuts (or Stallone pudding-
    posted this and was told to mix w/ carb/fat..confused; $4
    for a box of four)
    6:30p.m.- 1 hour to 1 1/2hr. of workout
    Pwo
    dinner- 6 oz. of chicken w/ veggies usually brocli.

    Past 2 weeks have lost 10 lbs! Need to up cardio in order to lose more. Pulled muscle in back yesterday so will lay off the back muscle for a couple of days. Have been working out for tha past 4 months but have started cutting for the past 3 weeks. Fisk


    stats:
    5'11 231lbs.
    goal is between 190lbs and 200lbs of lean muscle.

    well IMO, you are not eating nearly enough for your current size, you might be talking about muscle loss...that is a lot of weight in a short amount of time, and yes it's nice to start losing by a scale, but try and lose by a mirror. because that isn't 10 pounds of fat... and you even stated that you want to keep your lean mass, so my advice would be to up your calories and make sure you lose about 1-2 pounds a week... and judge by a mirror not a scale, scale can be used for the end product...
