5 am. -protein shake w/ flax
9 am.- 6 oz. chicken w/ 1/2c. of oatmeal
noon - 6. oz. chicken w/ protn shake
3 p.m.- can of tuna or chicken or peanuts (or Stallone pudding-

6:30p.m.- 1 hour to 1 1/2hr. of workout

Past 2 weeks have lost 10 lbs! Need to up cardio in order to lose more. Pulled muscle in back yesterday so will lay off the back muscle for a couple of days. Have been working out for tha past 4 months but have started cutting for the past 3 weeks. Fisk
