    help on cutting cycle

    Can you guys help me out here. I'm 5'10" about 190lbs and i want to do a cutting cycle for the summer. I have some equipoise and d-bol that my buddy gave me but like i said I want to get cut up. I took a cycle of test e about a year ago by itself and I just blew up and put on tons of water weight. Any help would be great.

    Drop the d-bol, get some prop, and if you want an oral get some var or ot.

    propionate is a fast acting ester of testosterone.thought to hold less water than long acting esters like enanthate or cypionate.
    var is anavar(oxandralone)
    OT is oral-turinabol.

    Last question. How many mg of each should I do weekly and should I hit myself once or twice a week. oh yeah can i mix propionate and equipoise in the same needle?

    actually i know i know test is base of all cycles.. but EQ is so mild and not fully suppressive.. he could run var/eq if he has hard time w/ test
    or run Test/eq/letro
    either way EQ is very weak, expensive, and needs to be ran atleast 15 weeks to get Shyt outta it.

    if i was going to compose a cycle for you ..it would look like this
    TestE wks 5-15 500mg /wk 2shots a week
    EQ wks 1-16 500-600mg/wk 400 doesnt do shyt IMO 2 shots a week
    TestP wks 5-8 100-150mg EoD
    TestP wks 15.5-17 100mg EoD
    TestP wks 18-20 150mg EoD

    yeah yeah looks complicated but the prop dosages at end will help keep blood levels stable while ur testE is degrading.

    start EQ early before anything else since it takes 8!weeks to start do shyt
    made it so u dont have to use prop all the way through since Frequent injects GET OLD i did 13 months of ED jects NEVER AGAIN.

    made it so u run prop at end so u can start pct quickly and effectively w/o much down time.

    Here's the thing. I can get all three of these but i only took 1 cycle before and it was last summer. 600mg of test e alone for 10 weeks. I need some help here if possible.

    bro its only 2 compounds LOL its just manipulation of the ester to keep blood levels as stable as possible w/o getting TOO crazy
    u have already ran test.. so u know how it works no u
    and eq is so freaking mild u may not notice really anything from it other than a dryer veiner body. i wouldnt expect any more mass gain than ur last cycle unless ur diet is spot on

    remember the key to cutting is diet and cardio..steroids dont burn fat, they preserve muscle while on a calorie deficient diet. prop/Eq would be a decent cutter..drop the dbol, you'll bloat like crazy most likely

    For a second cycle and for someone that didnt even know what Prop was or if you can combine 2 oils, I think this is way too confusing. Test E, P and EQ at the same time? Why is the Test E started at week 5?

    Marcanes, before I even get into a cycle how is your diet and training? That is way more important then what gear to run. Read what Longhorn stated, steroids dont burn fat, diet and cardio do.

    Get back to us on my question so we can help.

    My Diet Looks somewhat like this.

    Meal 1 : 2-5 egg whites

    Meal 2 : shake w/ flax / lean protein

    Meal 3 : salad/veggies, lean protein, and maybe a little complex carbs.

    WORKOUT

    Meal 4 : PWO nutrition shake w/ dextrose

    Meal 5 : 1 hour after workout salad/veggies lean protein

    Meal 6 : shake

    Been doing this for two weeks. If i should add anything let me know. remember i want to get cut up. Training for about a year but slacked off a little during the holidays. Been working out eed hard for the last few weeks. doing cardio at least 5 times a week. I'm 5'10 190lbs.

    i agree bout diet and stuff..
    the reason u ONLY RUN EQ for 5 weeks before starting cycle is to get it up and in you before you completely shut your self down... maybe he doesnt want to run test for 18 weeks? so start eq 3-5 weeks before starting everything else (like a primer)
    and still its only 2 compounds i was just giving him a suggestion of how to keep blood levels stable if he can handle ed/eod jects.

    btw your diet sucks you need to goto dite forum and do some reading kuz that is a horrid outline.

    I think you need to do alot of work on your diet, diet is the key to cutting up, if you blow up with a load of water on your last cycle of test e id try prop this time round with some eq and maybe some var or winny.

    Also id stick to around 12 cycle and wouldn't go any higher than that, its only your second cycle there is no need to over do anything, if you have a good training program along side a good clean diet and cardio regime am sure you will find what your looking for with the above compounds.
