how many of you have used winstrol and swear to never use it again due to joint pain???
i finished up my last cycle with it, tried for 5 weeks of it, but only made it 2 and had to stop use. my elbows are fuked up so bad from it. shoulders hurt too and i cant even lift right now. been off for more than a week. i cant even grab something on my desk without the tendons hurting.
great results, but terrible joint pain....never again!

I've been running it @150 ED for 4 weeks and ive got 4 more to go, I feel ok right now, but we will see!

I never really had any joint pain but I only ran it at 50mg EOD. What did you run it at.

At really low doses, that crap killed my joints. I would only use in low-dose short durations. No more than a couple of weeks.
It made me feel like I belong in a nursing home.

Is that normal to run that much winny a day. Seems kind of expensive.

I used it at 50 mg e.d during baseball season a few years ago, and EVERYTHING hurt. Never again for me. Ben Johnson said he was on enough to kill the average man (hell, his eyes were yellow), I don't know how he was able to train.

i ran 50mg EOD for 8 weeks in 2003. .... took glucosamine and that took care of my joint pain. (which wasnt that bad, but was still there).
My side effects from winny werent so bad, I swallowed the stuff. Like I always say, save ur inj spots for other stuff and just drink the win. It may not be as effective, but I would rather have some of the winny results, than none at all ...... good luck.

I'm running winny 50mg ed on week 3. No joint paint for me, but nice solid gains and people at the gym say i'm looking really good as well. Sure beats being bloated IMO.
I really like the stuff. I'll be incorporating it into my next cycle as well.
No hairloss either, but i'm also using rogaine twice a day + 1mg propecia ed + nizoral shampoo twice a day left in hair for 2 minutes before washing.

Wow.. I was gonna throw it in at the end of my prop/tren cycle, but dont think I will now.. sounds like its not worth it...

I plan on using winny at the end of my test prop/tren cycle. I just take 1500mg a day of glucosamine throughout my entire cycle. Thats the intended purpose of glucosamine, to lubricate all your dried out joints. Makes a world of difference.

Haha, I hear ya man. Happened to me really bad too. I had a bad tendon tear in my knee when using that shit, couldnt squat for weeks. My elbows and shoulders screamed in pain the whole time benching too. Oh, and did I mention winny injects hurt and blood work was pretty bad (cholesterol and liver enzymes). It did force me to learn about how to take care of your joints, which has proved useful ever since, so its not all bad

magic32 I have got bloodwork done in the past(after orals) and I realize the adverse effects of these compounds. I will get more work done after the contest, but I dont expect the results to be good lol, but thats nothing a few months clean can't take care of right?

about 3 years ago i did a winny only cycle w/ doses up to 500 mg a week. my only sides was horrible muscle cramps. i know winny cycles arent good to run alone but i had decent results.

Theres a supplement you need to take to prevent cramps as well. I cant think of it, its right on the tip of my tongue ... Winny is a complication drug. you def need to do research before doing it.

Im using 100mg/ED, im 4weeks in and i have 4weeks left.
I use Glucosamine 3000mg/ED and i stack with 250mg/eod prop.
Dont feel jointpain at all...

I never experienced joint pains at 50 and 60mg ED. I thoroughly enjoyed the results from Winny. I only stayed on for 6 weeks and I'm about to add it again to the end of my bulker for 4-6 weeks depending.

I need to give glocosamine a try. I feel like I'm made of glass right now, every step my knees crack shoulders ache, I'm just waiting for me to shatter it's so bad. I'm running var+tbol right now and it is really drying me out.

i doubt you'll get any relief from adding the gluc/chon/msm stack to your regimen...from studies ive read, the effects of these supps take awhile to give results...ive heard SAMe can help too, but lil expensive
check out bill roberts articly on meso about the specific mechanisms of action for both winstrol and deca (and their effects on the joints)...interesting read and may help
unfortunately, with my RA, i'll prob stay away from winny in the future, even tho, it's the best cutter i've taken to date (included in prop/eq cycle--tren good option also)

Many glucosamine products contain shellfish, so are you sure you arent allergic to just shellfish? I recommend Rehband neoproenes to anyone. You can get them for elbows, kneeds, quads/glutes/hams, calves, low back, etc

I have used winstorl in almost every cycle I have ran wheither it be cutting or bulking. The only time I ever had joint pain was when I was taking the oral winny, which I only did once, but other than that I have always gotten great results with it. I have heard stories about people whose joints would hurt if they ran winny by itself but I dont know what the point of that is either.

What about that rub on bengay ICYHOT stuff, does it help joint pain? Heard some pitchers and other ppl use it for that purpose. Or is it another creatine all hype and no result?

Winny as gave me serious joint pains in the past, but when ive ran it for a short time in high dose ive had no problems, infact i love the hardness and quality i recieve from it, the longer am on it the worse the joint pain, ive found the correct number of weeks for it to work and give me no pain for my body.
