Ok so here goes the start. A week late on the post. Weight 259. Body fat was 20.9 a week back at 265. Have come down from 292 but need to amp it up.
Currently Im using 25 mcgs of T3 everyday and 40 mcg of IGF everyday and 40 mcg after workout. I plan on doing this for six weeks. For the last six weeks I have clen to add and will boost the T3 to higher level. I read buffs cycle and may try that with the exception of the two weeks on off. Will go straight and use benadryl.
So far the IGF seems to working for me. I know alot of people say its crap. It may be. But then again I have never used anabolics so maybe im responding better to it. I would like to add winstrol during the last part of the cycle. I will try to start working on a source now that way I can have it when it comes time.
Cardio is at 45 mins every day in the morning. Weights 5 X a week. Calls around 2200. Diet is pretty much chicken and brown rice or Green Vegetables 3 times a day and 2 myoplex shakes.
Will consider posting pics but I am a little reticent. I have signed up for a contest at my gym and im pretty sure some of our members are on here. The prizes are pretty good. And I have tatoos so hiding my face wouldnt really work!
