advice to those trying to lose/cut

dont look for an easy way out, try to change your overall lifestyle by eating better and CONSISTENTLY exercising. Roids are alright i guess but they just f*uk with you more than they help i think and if u want nuts the size of raisins go for it lol... its been a year since i started eating right and lifting/cardio on a consistent basis and i feel and look great...steroids arent a magic potion i keep seeing guys that want to just jump on roids with no experience...patience,consistency, dedication and time will get you into great shape....not sticking a needle in ur ass!

ps..this is aimed more towards non-athletes,those who want to use steroids for cosmetic reasons...i feel athletes who are serious in their sport have 110% more reason to use steroids than some pretty boy who just wants to look good when sumer rolls around.

    patience is a virtue...

i may not fit into your catorgories. i love AAS for several reasons but right now i want to see if they can aid me in my shoulder recovery. i have done several cycles with large amounts of gear and my nuts never changed. i agree roids are not a magic bullet but they may inspire if used correctly to make the changes that are the real answer to good health
