How long to stay on Creatine Esther Estyl?

How long should i stay on CCE before cycling off.

I was thinking of doing a month at a time.

I will be using CCE after my phera plex cycle during PCT for one month.

But after that what would be the best way to cycle CCE

As far as I know you dont need to cycle this stuff, but dont take my word for it, one of my buddy's swears by the stuff and has been using it for 3yrs.+ straight, personally I have had moderate results not enough to convince me to keep pumping money into it so I just buy the pure form, but I think if you dont exceed the reccomended dosage you dont need to cycle it.
