    Question Clen::: side-effects

Wondering how long the sides of Clen last? Do they disappear as soon as you finish the Clen cycle or does it take a while to return to 'normal'.

I am especially asking this question in relation to:
    (1) - Cramps; and
    (2) - Aerobic endurance

    Thanks

Cramps can be takin care of by taking taurine and potassium supplements. And, I didnt know aerobic endurance was effected on clen. Never has been for me. Good luck.

I never really got the cramps from it, but i took my taurine with it......got the shakes like a m'fer for about 1.5-2wks and pretty bad headaches for about that same amount of time, but they both went away when my body adjusted to the clen

Endurance (assuming your talking about breathing problems / shortness of breath) and cramps IMO are usually gone with a couple of days . You will experience less cramping if you take taurine & potassium, but I still experience cramps, just no as intense.

For me I get two noticeable sides: slight shakes and a big improvement in my asthma. No cramps, no insomnia, no heart abnormalities.

When I am talking about endurance I mean not only breathing problems but also (and perhaps more specifically) the ability to do a high-intensity cardio session, at high HR, for a long time (ie 2-3 hours). --> Something I can normally do when not on the Clen

Usually your body will get use to to the clen and the sides would stop. (For me anway) about a week at stable doses

IMO that's too much cardio with clen and possibly to strenuous on your heart. I usually do cardio for about 45-60 minutes a day and try to keep HR around 60-70%, at a steady pace. If you diet's in check, you should see some good results. What are you trying to achieve?

They generally last as long as the compound is in your system. So to answer your question, they disappear shortly after the cycle concludes.

People experience different “aerobic endurance” effects. Some claim increased ability, some decreased and still others no change. This is all in the ‘Clen Profile’ you should probably read or reread it.

    1. Do u mean HR of 160-170?
    2. I'm an endurance athlete...

I kept a pretty detailed excel log of my two week cycle of clenbuterol. My dosges were over 14 days: 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/7/7/7/7/7/3/1

n.b This was my first clen cycle

    To summarize my side effects:
    - significant improvement in aerobic endurance at low doses of clen.
    - aerobic endurance decreased back to normal upon INCREASING dose.
    - Shakey hands EVERYDAY after more than 40mcg. Never anyting like described on this site (i.e cant hold a fork, etc...lol)
    - 1 MINOR cramp in right foot on day 2. 1 Minor cramp in right calf day 2.
    - no other cramps for entire cycle
    - felt increased body temp at lower doses. Never sweated more than usual.
    - increased heart rate after 40mcg.
    - increased appetite at 140mcg of clenbuterol. This was a pain in the ass.
    - Extremely extremely minor pressure in chest on last day of cycle and day after. This is due to the lack of proper tapering off. Anyone who says not to taper off clen is wrong. I won't make this mistake agian.

edit: I had severe increase thirst throughout the whole cycle......forgot to mention

What sort of training were you doing at the time Batman? And did you lose any bf?

I didn't change anything in terms of what i normally do.

    - I work 1 body per day during the week with weights.
    - work the heavy bag in between sets and after workouts
    - pushups/crunchs WHENEVER i feel like.
    - cardio at 45mins 3 times a week.

I don't measure body fat. I go by the mirror. What i noticed was my muscles got much harder and my arms forearms got more vascular. Some say vascularity is related to bodyfat to a certain extent.

So even though I don't measure, i'd say yes, there was a decrease in body fat.

Realize that I did this cycle to track side effects and see how it impacted my blood work, heart rate, and blood pressure. I wanted to know what I can handle in terms of exercise while on clen.

I'll be doing much more lengthy clenbuterol cycle in a month or so. It will possibly/probably involve ketotifen.

The cycle will be far longer in length. I will still keep a detailed log as well as more accurate bodyfat and weight measurements.
