    Another fat loss question

    After nationals I wanna cut down to about 230 or so from 245.... since i really dont do any cardio right now... could i keep my cals the same but do cardio 4-5 times a week in the morning on an empty stomach and lose fat??? or would I have to cut the cals a little

    I always like to "eat up" to my competition weight, and I do so by doing more cardio but eating more as well. I shed fat, but I also stay fuller. The other way is to cut cardio and cut food intake, but then you slow the metabolism and I find I come out flat and lanky feeling.

    So, you could add cardio on empty a.m. and make no changes and you should drop weight over the weeks, yes.
