    Insulin Before Workout. Help please...

    I am a long Insulin user but so far I have just used it between 10 to 20 iu after my workout as normal, but now I want to try it before I workout, so I would like to know when to take it before I start my workout and the procedure in terms of glucose drink during my workout.

    Bro, slin pre workout is useles. Some say you experience a pump during workout, but that's about the only benefits you will get. I have used slin pre workout a few times to see what it does and I got no pump. Insulin's main purpose is to shuttle nutrients into cells, so concenstrate on that more than anything else by taking insulin PWO only.

    I still dont understand why people do it. I'll take others routes rather then injecting slin to get a pump.

    Do have to say LR3 gave me a sick pump pre workout and didnt have to worry too much about sides. I'll still take that PWO though.

    Slin PPWO

    I have tried it and all I can advice is DONT. As above its a wast of time and one of the fastest routes to the ER room. Took it before a workout, in a round about way I thought it would make the window of opperentry even bigger as you know training lowers insulin levels, stupid I know but.... took 150g of Dextrose PWO and it did not even do a thing. I was going Hypo big time had to eat clean carbs and sugars for the next 2-3 hours before it settled.

    A scary thing to think of is that you can be going hypo during your workout and not even know it. All that sweat and your pump can be confused as a "better workout" when in reality you're ready to pass out.

    I'd never use Slin Pre workout.
