This was my first i made the mistake of not using enough becuz i was causious for my first time. it ends in 2 weeks so wondering what is the best stuff to use to come off, and when do i start it. I used 500mg test e and 500mg deca so i need to know whats the best to go off and whats the soonest i can do another cycle

wow...people are going to hate the fact that you ran the same amount of test as deca...u should have run more test...and the fact that you didnt have pct planned out BEFORE you started your cycle!

clomid and nolva for pct. start pct 2 weeks after last test e shot, and 3 weeks after last deca..yea thats right, you should be running test 1 week longer than deca. (and u should have run more test or less deca each week...)
steroid. com has cycle examples, with pct examples...

and you need to wait about 3 months after your pct is finished and get blood work done, to see what your test levels are and liver values just to name a few...there is no set time when to do your next cycle, some say, time on= time off, but its more important to get your blood work and see where your at, if your recovered or not...dont start too soon.

You are an idiot, and you are the reason why AAS gets blamed for everything. Props on planning everything out carefully. I wouldn't be surprised if you re-used your needles.
