I want to put on 10lbs (mostly muscle obviously) by the end of june, so just a little over 90 days now.. Do you think this is acheivable with a somewhat clean bulk keeping the fat off and adding muscle mass?
With the Harris Benedict formula I need 2100 to maintain my current weight, so I figured if I ate 350 extra cals per day over that course of time it would equal a little over a surplus of 35000 cals(10 lbs). Is this looking realistic? my diet is definately in check though
