    16-20wk cycles opinions

I have a good friend of mine that swears up and down about running 20 week cycles. He is 31 now and has been doing cycles i think since he was in college. The last cycle he ran was about 1400mg's or around there. He was running supertest 250 twice a week, deca 300 twice a week 200mg's of winstrol a week and i forgot what the dbol dose a day was but it was like 5 or 10 mgs or somethin like that. He is a bodybuilder and he is shredded all the time. He went and got his bloodwork done recently and everything came back just fine. How do you guys feel about running cycles like this? Dou you have any other suggestions for what compunds to run for this duration? Also what is the longest a cutting cycle should be run? Just curious. Thanks

Some people run cycles for 6 months some for a year. If you can take care of yourself and do everything properly, use HCG etc. then do whatever you want. 20 weeks really isnt that long IMO. But also this is not something for newbs to do.

What types of side effects can be associated from this? What would you think the proper precautions were? Any advice on a cutting cycle?

Same sides as any other cycle. You will need to run HCG for sure. Plus possibly your PCT would need be to longer to restore your sex drive etc.
As for a cutting cycle you can do any regular cutting cycle and just extend it. I am not in any way recommending this for you tho, just answering your questions assuming they are out of interest because you never said you wanted to do this. If you do then please let us know.

i think the worst side for long cycles is the recovery time being longer. and natty test production is harder too bring back. however, i like long cycles as well.....but i'm turning 20 next wk, so it's kinda risky to run long cycles at my age IMO. as far as a good cutting cycle, id look into test p/var/tren

I'm on the last week of my 16week cycle
    400deca
    600test E
    Superdrol, winny spaced accordingly.

I don't like the end of the cycle my sex drive is a bit off. in the future i'll stick to shorter cycles.

Ive been on for 16 weeks this is what ive done

    wk 1-6 test 300mg/ml ---- 600mg/wk
    wk 6-14 test 200 ---- 600mg-800mg/wk
    wk 14-16 sus250 ---- 1125mg/wk
    wk 6-12 tren ---- 500mg/wk
    wk 2-4 dbol ---- 60mg/day - 14 days
    wk 14-16 tbol ---- 40mg/day - 28 days

currently just running the sust, and im plateaued, i know its cuz i cant eat enuf for my calorie burning factory.

I got my blood tested, and my orgrans are kicken. elevated enzyme in my liver from tbols/dbols but doc said he was suprised.. so am i.

after this cycle and pct, i believe short/heavy cycles are the way to go of 8-10 weeks.

With long cycles you have to ask yourself do you gain throughout the whole cycle? alot of people are very different and some can manage long cycles and even bridge them together, but on the other side alot of people stop growing in the first half of cycles.

with longer cycles its far harder to recover and maintain the gains after you have come off, suppose it all depends what level you are and how far you want to push your system, running long heavy cycles for years will have its effect on your body, H.R.T and pinning yourself for the rest of your life are the things you can look forwrd to.

There is a place for them and i firmly believe that at some stage we all should try them and see how we respond to them, experience is the key to constant muscle gains.

Yeah I am looking to do a cutting cycle and am curious as to everyones opinions about the best compounds to run and for how long. I have alot of test propinate, masteron, tren ace, winstol both oil and water based, dbol, supertest. I have a pretty decent amount of each of these so what would everyone's opinion be? What are some past experiences?

He is a body builder. He is about 6'2" 245 right now but he goes up and down in between contest and off season. His forst show he was at 205 shredded and won the last one he did two years later he was at 241 shredded and won. He is 31 years old. I am 22 but have done a decent amount of cycles.

Ive thinking, wouldnt it be easier to maintain more gains with a longer cycle (14-20) vs a 4-6wker since the longer duration also gives your body more time to adapt to the changes and have time for homiostasis to work.

It just doesnt seem logical to me that a rapid weight gains/muscle gains would be able to be maintained in the long run.

when doing an actual cycle rather than CRUISING i always keep gaining its usually slow and as soon as i see any type of platue DURING my cycle i either A) introduce another compound that fits the runtime/goals of my cycle or
    B) UP the dosages of proper compounds and lower dosages of others to shock the system BOTH have worked greatly for me.
