Gains doesnt come from gear. gains come from your nutrition, workout and sleep. all gear does is assist you in recovering faster.
Why so short of a cycle, is this your first one? Up the Var dosage and use for the 6 weeks, but I would extent the prop to at least 8 weeks. I hope that you have a proper pct on hand as well. Just remember, gear helps, but only with proper diet and exercise will you achieve any growth.Originally Posted by JuicedUp1328
You dont have to do propionate ED, it has a longer halflife(2-3days) so do it EOD and you wont now the diffrence.
I think Anavar is way OVERRATED, my advice is to skip it and do tbol or winny instead.

I agree with speedtraining. up the doses on both, and run it a little longer. 8 wks at least.

I ran a Winny cycle, but had a bad experience, wasn't really the joint pain (which I did have) it was really the muscle tightness, my ham's and quads were so tight I couldn't touch my toes. Which made me walk around feeling as if i was a robot. I'm only running for 4 weeks because I didn't want the prop to start puttin water on me. I'm at about 4.9% bf right now and dont want to lose the hard work to some water. I want strictly lean muscle gains even if I only get 5lbs of quality muscle that'd be much better than 20lbs of bloat.

a 6 weeker at that dose would be pointless. You'd just be starting to see results from the prop and then your cycle'd be done.
30 mg of var. You might as well use creatine. Run the var over 60 mg for 8-10 weeks with liver and cholesterol protection for best results. If this wuld be too expensive, maybe research Tbol instead.
Increase the test, and lengthen the duration.

40 mg is too low in my opinion for Anavar. I thought it would suffice when I started and now I'm up to 75mg ED.
My Var started working well after 4 weeks, so why cut it short 2 weeks into it's prime. It works well with test so I would run it as long at one can afford to run it. Of course, Niacin and Milt Thistle are needed.
