Talking Mixing yogourt with oatmeal and bread question

    Hi guys,

I found a yogourt that is fairly low in carbs, and has no sugar is sweetened with splenda, this morning i mixed it with oatmeal and it was great, good taste.

Is this gonna prevent me from losing some weight?

At diner time i eat an egg sandwish with whole wheat bread that has 14 cereals and flax oil in it, it has no sugar and is 100 cals a slice.

I am 200 pounds and my calories never go above 1800-2000.

I dont wanna do low carb cause ketosis kills me so i rather do a good diet.

At night i eat light usually chicken with a salad.

    Thanks everyone.

Make sure the macros of the bread fit your needs. Most breads are processed crap, ESPECIALLY if it has flax oil in it= carbs/fat togethere, MAJOR no-no while trying to lose weight. The yogurt might be ok with the oats though, if it has no fats in it...
