Going overseas... want to make sure my gear wont hurt me

My company is sending me to India on a business trip next month. I am finishing up a prop/anavar cycle. I will be taking various shots and pills before I go to India at a local travel clinic.

This may sound paranoid of me, but I wanted to make sure that the juice in my system won't conflict with the shots and malaria pills I will be taking. Would I see any problem in this? thanks
