Talking PROS PLEASE READ changing workout on GEAR?????

My question deals with GEAR and working out.

    My workout looks like this:
    ALL TO FAILURE

    Mon: Chest:8S/8R ; Bi's:6S/8R
    Tues: off
    Wed: Should:8S/8R; Tri's:6S/8R
    Thur: off
Fri: Back:6S/8R; Legs: every group 6S/8R

This workout is the best for me, I have grown the most naturaly (without gear) on this work out. TAKING A DAY OFF IN BETWEEN ALLOWES THE MUSCLES, THAT I WORKED OUT THE DAY BEFORE, TIME TO SOAK UP ALL THE PROTEIN THAT I HAVE TAKE IN THAT DAY.

My question is, When I start my gear should I change my workout? Is this workout enough for gear or sould I workout a muscle twice in a week???

    Thanks for the info.

dude while on gear i do a 3 day split... get GREAT gains... went from being 130 lbs 16 months ago to being 180 now. I am on my second cycle now, week 6 and I keep growing.
    M Back and arms abs
    T Legs and calves
    w Chest and shlds abs
    thur off
    fri repeat
    good luck...
I dont believe in doing one muscle group once a week like the "pros" because to do that and to grow on doing that you need to put in 100+% intensity and most people cant do that. IMO

you DO heal faster on gear.

    hit weights, INTENSLY,

but dont get me wrong, you can still over train on gear.

I don't understand your shorthand, what's the "8S/8R" stuff mean?

i work out my muscle parts once a week, that way i get a good rest and good rejuvination. just keep the intensity HIGH, than working your muscle part once a week should do you fine. im doing fine with that.
