just eat sushi alone its strait up protien bro yeah its okay.
two words...nigri and sashimi...not sure if im spelling is right lol....but these are good cause one contains no rice...that and soy and wasabi and you are good to go.... if are not watching sodium...never eat rolls while cutting most are fatty but even the healthy ones only have their place postworkout imo....nice fast carbs and protein...could not be better and tastes better than most nasty shake while cutting...IMO
PWO it's fine with the rice, you could always just have sushi, such as tuna other times. Just make sure you don't mix fats, carbs, and protein. Think I what my cheat meal is going to be!!!
sushi rocks bro eat up!! by the way i eat like 4-5 rolls easy step it up dog!!!
Sushi is a waste of space in my stomach, I'll stick with steak/potatoes lol

i loveeeeeeeeee sushi eat it all the time...there is a half price sushi place right down the road from me that is half price all day mon-thurs....and its quality just everyone goes there and the markup on food is liek 500%....but the problem is it doenst fill me up so i could eat liek 7 rolls but at that point anythign with that amount isnt good so i just eat 3 and leave beofre they can even ask if i want more hahahahahaha i kno its pathetic but it just taste so freaken good
