I've cycled PGF2a transdermally on several occasions and it is effective as long as you understand how it works. Transdermally...PGF2a WILL NOT kill fat cells as opposed to the sub-q route that does. When applied transdermally the PGF2a releases fatty acids into your blood stream. You must do the rest of the work. You must increase your metabolism whether its running, biking, Xtraing, etc., so that the fatty acids are used as fuel otherwise your body will redeposit those acids elsewhere.
