1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

(actually I have Test E. 200mg + Test Prop. 50mg in a mix)

Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

Stats:
Age 32
wt. 190
Bf% 13%
Experience: 14 years

Three Q's:

You notice I have Test E + Test P. mix. Should I run
Test E 400mg +Test P. 100mg / week
or
Test E 600mg +Test P. 150mg / week

Why is HCG not recommended? Is their any reason for me to order any to keep on hand?

I have enough to run this 12 weeks is that Ok, or not advisable???

Your mix seems a little out, unless your running a fairly large dose of Test Enan. Are you ablt to attain Test Enan on its own?

12 weeks is good, my first cycle was 14 weeks.

HCG can be used.

You can run it 3 ways.

1 - Run HCG throughout at 250-1000ius/wk spliting the dosages evenly. Dont go over 1000ius/wk as Leydig Cell desensitization may begin to occur. 500ius/E5D is a protocol I am going to try next cycle.

2 - Run it in the middle of the cycle for 7-10 days straight at 250-1000ius/ED. Then again at 250-1000ius/ED for the final 10-15 days leading to PCT. For example, if it taked 14 days for Test Enan to no longer be active in your blood, run it for these 14 days.

3 - For PCT. I run 1000ius/ED (Mon/Wed/Fri) for weeks 1-3 along with Nolva/Proviron for weeks 1-5. This is my PCT protocol, but can be added to other combinations of PCT compounds.

Personally, I'd keep the L-Dex and Nolva on hand and run the L-Dex OR Nolva at a low dose, till sides subside, then at a maintenence dose thereafter.

Your PCT is good. But, I dont like Clomid, so avoid it. It would be better to replace L-Dex with Aromasin IMHO.

i just finished a very similar cycle. it was my 1st as well. 10 weeks of test-e at 500/wk. my balls hardly shrunk at all so HCG wasnt necessary for me, and probably wont be for you either. im in week 2 of my pct now using clomid and nolva and my boys are practically back to normal. 10-12 weeks of 500mg test is pretty basic stuff and most people will tell u u wont need the hcg, clomid and nolva will suffice.

1- on long cycles 12 weeks+
2-as a bridge in between connected 2 cycles.

My first cycle was similar and I did not need anything else. I just did my cycle and basic PCT. No problems.

There isnt a set time limit when HCG should be introduced. It will help prevent/reduce testicular inhibition/shutdown, what ever the cycle length. I advocated the use of HCG in Marcus's short/heavy cycles also.

even the dose is very debated some ppl do agree on the dose u mentioned and some are just way different.
but most competitive BB's i know, use 5000 IU's every 4th day for 2 weeks after a lengthy cycle.
and if the cycle is more than 20 weeks, they use it around the week 12 for 2 weeks with a dose of 2500 IU's every 4th day.

The mix is what was available to me at the time I bought. Each Amp contains Test E. 200mg + Test P. 50mg. So Im figuring I can use two or three per week....

r u talking about Testprim-D? if yes u need to shoot that EOD.

1st it is not a compound
and i personally tried the 1000IUs and didn't really work, but the 5000 IU work so well for me. i lost nothing but water, and got my testicals back to regular size in 1 week.

Due to it containing Test Prop, which needs to be shot fairly frequently to attain stable blood plasma levels.

because it contains 50 mg Test prop. which should be injected ED but EOD is ok. so that would help keeping ur blood levels balanced.
also it will keep ur androgen levels stable. but since this is ur 1st cycle, EOD shots is going to be alot for you. basically 250 mg x 15 days (in 1 month) = 3750 mg (3.75 grams)
divide that by 4 (4 weeks)= 937 mg/week which is too much for a 1st cycle.
i recommend you to get in hold of some TEst E or Cyp. only.
