i saw the programm if you can call a reporter talking to a drug clinic worker for 2 mins a programm........all the advisor said was that there was a substantial increase in people asking for pins and the like for roid useage...if i remember correctly she did not say how old the peeps were it was the news team saying people as young as 15 were taking roids............and that annon interviuew with the kid coulda been bullshit......................

Yes some stupid reports from ITV news with nothing better to do were contacted by some stupid bitch from a pin exchange, that claimed there were more Gear users that heroin addicts in the UK. She went on to say that people pictulary teens were using gear because they were all insecure people.
Then some skinny reporter(who might feel a wee bit insecure towards Bodybuilders) started ringing pin exchanges all over the UK to see what the stats were in regards to gear and heroin users. (are pin exchanges even allowed to give this info out ???) His face lit up every time the pin exchange said that the were an increase in people getting pins and barrels for AS use. 300% increase here from last year, 95% increase there form last year, he was loving it it was a epidemic. He did not understand that the main rise in people getting pins was because they wanted to use a safe injection protocol instesd of using the same pin and barrel for a whole cycle and that Bodybuilders in the UK are only starting to become aware that there are pin exchanges. Then Mick Hart came on in defence of AS use as he is know in the UK for providing info on how to use gear. He said he would rather have people like him telling others how to use gear safely as he did with his son but he was cut short, back to horror stories and none of that bullshit that Steroids are safe when used with respect for the products. Steroids apparently can shut down all your vital organs as ITV news sated. Witch they probely can, but at what dose. I dont think anyone on the planet would use such dodes and if they did they dissevered to die. But still dont know of any cases of this happing. Surly Exasty, speed or even alchol could shut your vital organs quicker.
The whole thing was f**ked from start to finnish, just as people were starting to come foward and use the pin exchanges. They made steroids out to be a bigger problem that heroin. They had not got a clue about what it was all about for us Bodybuilders, that we are not junkies we are sports men trying to achieve are goals. Would they rather us share pins and risks all sorts of infections or even death trew sharing pins. The whole thing was a joke, it made me mad. Sorry about the spelling but dont tell ITV because they will claim steroids will make you loose the abilty to spell.

why would a 16 year old want to take steroids? when i was 16 all the way to 21 if i put on any fat i could go in the gym and be fat free ripped up again in no more than a month!! and im not even talkin about killin myself and dieting perfect. hell, at 16 your already superman you dont need anything else!

i never seen it this is just second had knowledge but what i heard was that they got someone i think a reporter and give him d.bol for 6 week's saying he blew up in that time frame and saying oral's are more toxic to the liver than injection's

Steroid use among young ppl in the UK is massive now, I live in the North West of England and theres a massive club/dance scene around these parts, Manchester, Liverpool, Wigan. My GFs younger brother goes to these clubs and he says the amount of lads on gear there is massive , their all there dancing with their tops off, he says steroids are getting just as big as Es, coke and LSD now for guys.the increase of steroid's in teenage's in the uk saying it's getting worse than smack now

My source says the majority of ppl who buy from him now are in there late teens, early twenties, they`ve no idea about diet, anti e`s, training properly or anything, all they want is Sust and Deca, just to get as big as they can, they have no ideas about cycles, bloodwork, they just stay on, once they know how to inject into the delts, thats it, there away.
10 years ago in my town, steroids were very hard to obtain, you had to know the "right ppl", and even then, they were still hard to get, but now, every tom, dick and harry sell`s them, you can drive about were i live now and see loads of "oversize" young lads strutting about, absolute no idea what they are doing.
Its scary, and i honestly dont think things are going to improve..

it reallly f*cks me off the reputation and scrutiny steroids have carried over the years,,, all we ever hear is the bad,,, they are never recognised or praised for the good they do,, even in medicine when they are used to treat severe illness etc they are never given the credit they deserve, steroids should me mainstreamed legalised internationally and availabe to all adults over 21. this would aid in the numbing of the ever present hipocracy that surrounds competitive BB... the old catch 22... steroids can not be endorsed by pro athletes as it would be seen to tarnish the rep of the sport yet probably 90% of pro athletes in a variety of sports use them. legalise them and u remove the problem of abuse to a degree.. this is just my humble opinion mind. though perhaps i am a little biased.

You would be superised at the ammount of middle aged men that go to the Doctors thinking they are suffering depression. No intrest in life, low sex drive etc. The doctors give them anti depression meds and send them on there way. When possible the problem is low test levles.

same where am from loads of teenagers on gear ganin out and causing trouble, i cant preach i used to get in trouble alot myself but i wasnt on gear, tho a can understand why they do it, when i was in me teens a would do out, if id been offered them i prob would of taken them. its the people selling them to young people that is the prob, when a was younger getin drugs was easier than getting alchol and cigs, its the same now with gear. make them legal and control them better.
