    var dose vs. length

    If one has 4 bottles of 5mg anavar would it be better to run it at 40mg for 7 weeks or 50mg for 5 and 1/2 weeks?

    The intended goal would be to possibly run clen/eca with it, do a lot of cardio and lean up while maintaining size (if not putting on a LITTLE).

    not worth running alone.

    If your goal is to run var alone max it minimum 60mg x 8-10 weeks.

    your best bet is to add it to a cycle or buy more var.

    I agree I would add somethinhg else to your cycle! What are you trying to achive from running this cycle?

    If you put any on it would be just a little, but to run clen and eca with it isn't going to do much. Now if you add some creatine it could just work, as far as some size goes, but in reality var is a strength drug

    i dont understand why people say this.. "not worth running alone" granted it is not the most optimal way, but YES it DOES yield results.. Did I try this? NO! will I? probably combined with tbol or eq perhaps.. I have seen very close friends of mine do it and was able to track their progress and yes they did get much stronger and leaner.. (with proper diet and cardio) but yes for them it was a great drug and they loved the results.. to say its a worthless running alone is getting upseting already.. most people are so clung to this damn you MUST have test sh*t that it bothers me.. and what bothers me even more is that most people who say incorporate test never even cycled before - their just saying bc thats what they read 5 min ago.. (i am not againt test- i used it myself- i just feel like test always its not needed) sorry for the lil rant it just gets upsetting at times..

    I ran a cycle with just Var and IGF as a cutter 2 years ago and it worked out pretty good.

    I ran 80mg Var ED for 12 weeks, and 60mcg of IGF ED for 4 weeks on 4 weeks off and repeated.

    var only at 40mg is a WASTE OF TIME. 50mg which is still low COULD work but not in 5.5 weeks

    as long as hes taking 60mg MINIMUM of var alone........hes good to go. Trust me, I'm all for var only cycles.......as long as they are done properly.

    I think you need to figure out how var works for you personally. I ran it alone while cutting a while ago at 40 mg ed and maintained my size and increased strength. It seems a lot of people are set on 60, 80 even 100 mg of var ed. Well for a lot of people that may be what they need, or for what their goals are thats what they need. The gamble however is if 40 mg doesn't produce the results you're looking for you're probably out a little bit of money since var isn't cheap, but it's still not that much var.

    When I try to cut naturally, i lose a shitload of muscle mass. I really don't need to get any bigger (202lbs, 5'8) so I just want to cut up what I have and not lose anything.

    I was considering a Test E/Winny cycle but I get extremely bloated on test and I back acne on my back that lasts for months when i go off. I just want to assist my cutting. I figured this would give me enough of an effect to fight the catabolism that comes from the dieting and cardio...and give a little hardness and vascularity.
