i am a very hard gainer, and have even a worse appitie. any sigustions to up my appitie and inprove my diet. here are my stats and diet info. please crituqe!!
stats: 18 yo, 5'9, 135 lbs, wrists are as skinny as a golf ball
morn- 4 egg whites 2 eggs, cheese on 8 grain bagel and 1/2 cup of oats
11:00- weight gain+createin 2 scoops and 2 cups of milk
12:00- Tuna sal. or Chicken brest 4 oz on wheat bread or wheat wrap
PWO- weight gain 2 cups of water and 2 scoops of water
4:00- snack on rice cakes
7:00- pasta+meat(usually red)+root veggies
9:45- weight gain 1 1/2 scoops 1 1/2 cups of water
i have been working on this forever and im getting SO fustrated... please help me...
