IGF, HGH, Insulin - how should it be done

I'm coming off a cycle that's been going for about 5 months. I have HCG and Nova and I want to start up GH and insulin in the PCT. I have been told by some that the best way to do it is to do the GH while adding insulin for 4 weeks on, 4weeks off, 4 weeks on, and so forth, while using the IGF during the time that I am not taking insulin. I need to know if this is a good system and how much I should take of each one. I have been doing a lot of research and have a ballpark but I was wondering if somebody could tell me what works best. Thanks.

if you seach the threads there are many opinions about the 4 weeks on and off. I think its the general norm. Hell read the threads at the top of forum. Great info right there.

Don't use HCG during PCT, HCG mimics LH, your trying to stimulate LH during PCT, so if you have something mimicking it the body thinks it doesn't need to make any, so don't use it during PCT.

Runt the HGH at the dose you feel will give you the desired results, then run the slin for 4 weeks starting at 2iu the first day and adding 1iu a day until you reach 10iu, only use it on training days. Then use the LR3 at the dose you feel will give you the results you are looking for from your research, do it for 4 weeks, then switch back to slin, then one more run of LR3 and you have 16 weeks of no AAS, so you're ready to cycle some AAS again.
