    Morning cardio...Hit it immediately or wait 1 hour

    I have been doing morning cardio on empty for a while after waking up and drinking some coffee and then doing cardio 1 hour later but this morning I woke up, popped in some copenhagen and hit it right away and feel A TON better and it felt more effective, why?

    Yeh. I never chewed during cardio but got bored last week and did and it is great. Makes the time fly by. I spit it out after 20 minutes or so, by then my HR is rolling at 140 BPS. Do you have any knowledge on my question?

    ya cant even think about not having a dip in when working out-- its a kicker for sure its got to be the nicotine

    not smart about the chew... but yeah hit it as soon as you can after waking up...

    Drop the chew and hit the gym ASAP when doing cardio on an empty stomach. If you want a boost of energy use the ECA stack as soon as you get up to go do your cardio.

    agreed. why do you have a nasty habit like chewing while trying to work out? i don't get it? a person does one thing to improve their body, and another to break it down. you have any clue what kind of toxins are in chew (and other forms of nicotine)?

    as far as cardio, i'd suggest doing it first thing when you wake up. the longer you wait, the more time your body has to kick in it's starving mechanism, releasing cortisol. also, with your coffee, what do you add to it? unless you have it without any additional calories added to it, you're defying the entire point of doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach.
