    AM cardio heart-rate question.

I know its suggested to be around 60-70% of your MHR for fat burn, and higher is not good. What if your lower? The monitor thingy on the treadmill says im at 100, and I burn 600 cals from that fro 55 mins, am i still burning fat that low?

I would not go solely by the machine. I shoot for 127bpm so I take my heartrate for 10 sec and multiply by 6. I try to get 21. Bump for the answer to your question though, I am curious.

lower is better but you have a fat burning zone, and i am actually not sure what is below that, maybe not enough exertion to require much fat. but i try and do my cardio around 60% of my MHR...

65% for me for 45-60mins on my days off, and 25 mins after training when cutting

70% is as high as I'll go for 45 mins
